Bookings/Reservations
All initial and telephone reservations must be confirmed in writing. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. All bookings are considered provisional until both parties sign the contract.
Any variation in booking, guest numbers and/or arrangements must be confirmed to the Hotel in writing.
Payment
Blocking of the wedding dates will only be done once Beach Republic receives a deposit amounting to 50,000 baht net only (non-refundable). Any outstanding balance is due on or before 1 month prior to the wedding date. Final payment should be settled upon checking out.
General Regulations
** Beach Republic will hold one wedding event per day and a date is not confirmed until a deposit is received and a confirmation from the resort has been made.
** For children ages below 12 years - 6 years, will be charge half price of the menu chosen
Children below 6 years of age will be free of charge.
** For safety reason, all wedding extras must be booked through the resort. Outside suppliers, fireworks,
Photographer, entertainers and other outsource must have an approval from the resort and fee charged will be apply.
** Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all prices are exclusive of service charge and tax.
